This highly specialized course will introduce cutting-edge surgical techniques and the latest advances in patient care, including:
- Transcanal Endoscopic Ear Surgery
- Transnasal Eustachian Tube Surgery (including balloon dilation)
- Advances in Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery
Each day will combine lectures, hands-on dissection with whole cadaver heads, and state-of-the-art surgical equipment. An exhibit hall will allow browsing of surgical equipment and practical tips will be discussed, such as “getting started,” as well as advanced topics.
The course will be open to surgeons at all levels of training, from experienced attending physicians to residents/fellows in training. Course faculty includes influential leaders and internationally recognized experts. The meeting will be held at Columbia University’s spectacular 95-year old medical center campus in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. The lectures and dissection lab are located in brand-new, renovated spaces. Up to 14.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM will be provided.
